PURPOSE: A thermal gradient fatigue inducing device is provided to simultaneously process a plurality of testing pieces, thereby economically applying the thermal fatigue to the testing pieces. CONSTITUTION: A thermal gradient fatigue inducing device includes a cooling device (100), a heating unit (120), and a jig (130). The cooling unit injects cold air. The heating unit is arranged separately from the cooling unit. The jig includes a fixing unit fixing a testing piece (p); an extension rod in which is extended from the fixing unit and has an air-coating layer on the surface; and an alignment unit which moves the extension rod for selectively aligning the front surface of the testing piece on one of the cooling unit and the heating unit.
