PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device which enables the downsizing and achieves high reliability for a long period.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube device includes: an X-ray tube 30; a housing 20; a coolant 7; a high voltage supply terminal 69 (79); a high voltage cable 61 (71); an electric insulation member; and a high voltage connector 100 (200). An electric insulative member 81 (91) covers an electric connection part between a high voltage supply terminal 44 (54) and the high voltage cable 61 (71) and is directly or indirectly cooled by the coolant 7. The electric insulation member has an end surface 64s (74s) and covers an electric connection part between the high voltage supply terminal 69 (79) and the high voltage cable 61 (71) and is cooled by the coolant 7. The high voltage connector 100 (200) has an electric insulation material that directly or indirectly adheres to the end surface 64s (74s).
