PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable members having high thermal conductivity to be efficiently bonded to each other and to stably obtain high bonding strength.SOLUTION: There is provided an intermediate member 1 for laser bonding which is arranged between a first member 10 having laser beam transmissive property and a second member 20 having a thermal conductivity higher than that of the first member 10 upon bonding both members 10, 20 to each other using laser beam. The intermediate member 1 is composed of a resin material melting with the irradiation of the laser beam and is set to have ≥300 μm thickness.
