PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liaison support system and method that can refer to customer information and also receive dealing information in a place that a radio wave does not reach, and also can reduce damage due to information leakage.SOLUTION: An information distribution method includes: registering schedule information by a liaison officer through a registration terminal (step 321); downloading customer information from a server and displaying the customer information on a screen when a radio wave of a portable terminal becomes weak halfway during movement to a visit destination, deleting the downloaded customer information and displaying the customer information held in the server on the screen when the radio wave becomes weak, and repeating the processing (steps 1111 to 1119) until the visit destination is reached; inputting the dealing information off line when a radio wave does not reach the visit destination (step 1124); and deleting the downloaded customer information after the visit, and uploading the dealing information to the server when a radio wave reaches the portable terminal (steps 1125 to 1127). |
