摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase prediction accuracy and make efficient operation possible, by making predictions with consideration given to control setting values of respective controlled devices, and by setting a schedule for storing electricity and heat.SOLUTION: An optimization apparatus for storing electricity and heat has: a setting unit 10a for setting control setting values that determine the startup, operating state, and stopping on the following day for controlled devices 2 that include an energy supply device including a PV 101 and a solar water heater 107, an energy-consuming device for consuming energy, and an energy storage device for storing energy; a prediction unit 11 for setting prediction values for energy to be consumed by an energy-consuming device on the following day on the basis of a comparison of control setting values set by the setting unit 10a and past control setting values; a start/stop optimization unit 12 for creating a start/stop schedule in which the schedule for starting and stopping controlled devices on the following day has been optimized by an evaluation index; and a quantity of state optimization unit 13 for creating an electricity and heat storage schedule in which the quantity of state of controlled devices to be started up has been optimized by a predetermined evaluation index.
