PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing a percutaneous absorption preparation capable of excellently discharging nicotine from a coating head.SOLUTION: When pure water is added to a stock solution of nicotine in a preparation tank 31, viscosity of nicotine is increased to a target viscosity level higher than an initial level (6 mPas) of the stock solution. A coating head 10 generates microdroplets from the nicotine with viscosity increased to the target viscosity level, and blows them toward a base material sheet 90 conveyed horizontally by a conveying mechanism 20. The target viscosity level is 10-13 mPas suitable for generation and discharge of ink droplets by the coating head 10. Therefore, the nicotine with viscosity increased to a required proper value of the coating head 10 is discharged from a nozzle of the coating head 10, and the nicotine can be excellently discharged while preventing occurrence of split, satellite and mist of droplets. |
