PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device and a coating film forming method capable of easily forming a uniform rugged shape on a coating film surface even by a coating technique equivalent to a conventional one.SOLUTION: A coating device applies a coating liquid including at least UV-curing resin, transparent resin particles and soft magnetic material particles. The coating device includes a coating part for applying the coating liquid to a base material as an article to be applied, a back roll capable of coating the base material by supporting it from the rear surface in the coating part, magnets for applying a magnetic field to the coating film coated on the base material in the coating part, drying furnaces for drying the coating film, and a UV irradiation device for irradiating ultraviolet rays to the coating film after drying. |
