PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which when waste glycerin is reused as a fuel, it is not possible to use it as a fuel alone, thereby for instance it has been used such that it is blown in a burning flame of a fuel oil like a fog, however in this case, a burner of a special structure is needed, and it has been used only as a supplementary fuel.SOLUTION: A vapor for warm-up is sent from a heat source part 3 to a warm-up part 2 and an additive addition part 4. Waste glycerin is warmed-up to be a waste glycerin melt 23 by the warm-up part 2. The waste glycerin melt is warmed-up and added with an additive from an additive container 46 while being stirred by a stirring blade 48 in an additive addition part 4 to obtain a waste glycerin liquid 43 that is completely made to be liquid. It is filtered by a filtration part 5, is mixed with a fuel oil to supplement calorie shortage as a fuel oil by a fuel oil mixing part 6, and is assumed to be a waste glycerin regeneration fuel. |
