PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor for a rotary electric machine of a configuration in which a wire material is wound around an outer peripheral surface, capable of increasing winding tension of the wire material and preventing a fixing part of the wire material from excessively swelling in a radial direction.SOLUTION: A rotor 10 includes a recess 28 provided at an outer peripheral surface of a rotor 10 which are between outer peripheral surfaces of adjacent core elements 14, 16, and 18, and a winding wire material 26 wound around the outer peripheral surface. At least a portion of the winding wire material 26 is inserted into the recess 28 and fixed thereto. |
