PURPOSE: A cable protecting device is provided to protect a cable which connects a nacelle of a wind power generator and an electric device in the lower part of a tower. CONSTITUTION: A cable protecting device comprises a platform(110) and a cable protection unit. The platform is arranged inside a tower(100) and includes a through-hole(120) where a cable(300) penetrates to reach the lower part of the tower. The cable protection unit is joined to the platform around the through-hole so that the inner circumference of the cable protection unit, which is in contact with the cable moved by the rotation of a nacelle(200), is rotated by moving the cable.
