PURPOSE: A mobile intelligent device capable of supporting a message based dynamic service and a method thereof are provided to offer a user interface and a data logic service specialized by each message by separating data and a template for the message. CONSTITUTION: A template manager (111) of a message center (110) verifies the validity of a template registered by a third party enterprise and stores the verified template at a database. The third party enterprise transmits a message to the client through the message center. A message receiver of an application program (120) receives the message. A view manager (121) of the application program extracts a template ID from the message. The view manager loads a template corresponding to the extracted template ID from a memory. The view manager processes and indicates data received by being included in the message by the loaded template.
