PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a fiber assembly throughout which the amount of fibers having a small fiber diameter is uniform, and to provide an apparatus for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a fiber assembly of the present invention, includes collecting fibers, which are formed by applying gas and/or an electric field to a liquid pool of a resin liquid moving by its own weight, by using a collector moving in a direction intersecting the movement direction of the liquid pool. An apparatus for producing a fiber assembly includes: a spinning device capable of forming a liquid pool of a resin liquid moving by its own weight and capable of forming fibers by applying gas and/or an electric field to the resin liquid; and a collector capable of collecting the fibers by moving in a direction intersecting the movement direction of the liquid pool. |
