PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fc-binding protein capable of being more efficiently produced in producing an Fc-binding protein comprising a polypeptide including an extracellular region of human FcγRI by using a genetic engineering procedure, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An amino acid locating at a specific position out of an Fc-binding protein comprising a polypeptide including an extracellular region of human FcγRI is substituted with lysine.
