PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which inhibits the deterioration of a battery, a secondary battery device, and an electric vehicle.SOLUTION: A battery pack comprises: a first case housing multiple battery modules; a second case housing the first case; a heat insulation material and a movable heat insulation material that are disposed between the first case and the second case; first to third openings that penetrate through the first case, the second case, and the heat insulation material; a movable heat insulation material insertion/removal device inserting the movable heat insulation material into an area between the first case and the second case and housing the movable heat insulation material therein; a cooling/heating device cooling or heating air taken from the second opening and discharging the air; a fan taking in the air discharged from the cooling/heating device or air in a mounting device and sending the air into the first case from the first opening; and a switching unit switching the connection of the fan between the connection with the cooling/heating device and the connection with the mounting device. |
