PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a right and left driving force regulating device for a vehicle that performs attitude control without a sense of incompatibility by deceleration, while always performing attitude control regardless of a charge rate of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A torque difference to perform attitude control is operated (steps S1 and S2), a distribution ratio of the torque difference to an electric AYC motor and a brake device is changed according to increase and decrease of the charge rate of the secondary battery (steps S3-S6), and attitude control is performed by controlling the electric AYC motor and the brake device respectively by the distributed torque difference (steps S6-14).
