PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a precedingly supplying material for grout application capable of easily preparing the sufficiently mixed precedingly supplying material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a precedingly supplying material for grout application includes: a process for filling a container 1, which has an upper surface 2, an lower surface 3 and a stirring space 7 formed between both upper and lower surfaces 2 and 3 and in which the cross sections (a) and (b) vertical in the up and down direction of the stirring space 7 are almost the same in shape, with a raw material containing cement, a thickener and water so that the product of the volume (L) of the container 1 and the filling ratio (volume%) of the raw material in the container 1 becomes 800 (L volume%); and a process for obtaining the precedingly supplying material in which the content of the thickener is ≥0.01 pts.mass and <1 pt.mass per cement of 100 pts.mass by shaking the container 1 in a vertical direction to stir the raw material. |
