PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more compact heating device and the like.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a metal block 5 having a plurality of heater insertion holes arrayed under a specific rule and through holes to be refrigerant passages 2; heaters 1 to be inserted in the heater insertion holes; and a temperature detection means 10 mounted to the vicinity of the heaters 1 to detect the temperature. Filling factors of the heaters 1 and the refrigerant passages 2 per unit area in the heating device are increased and volume efficiency can be improved while keeping heating performance. |
