An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve luminous efficiency and brightness by controlling the mobility of charge(electron and hole) without the deterioration of current density to operation voltage. An organic light emitting display device comprises a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a second electrode facing with the first electrode; a light emitting layer located between the first electrode and the second electrode; a first hole transport layer which is located between the first electrode and the light emitting layer and comprises a first material having a first HOMO potential and a first LUMO potential; and a second hole transport layer which is located between the first electrode and the light emitting layer and comprises a second material having a second HOMO potential lower than the first HOMO potential and a second LUMO potential lower than the first LUMO potential, wherein the first hole transport layer and the second hole transport layer are formed alternatively between the first electrode and the light emitting layer. |
