PURPOSE: A lithium battery with a connection device is provided to obtain safety during using one or more batteries by mechanically connecting the batteries accommodating one or more battery cells. CONSTITUTION: A lithium battery (100) with a connection device includes a battery module to which one or more battery cells of different polarities to each other are electrically connected; an upper element which forms an upper side opening and closing the upper part of the battery module; a lower element (130) forming the bottom side of a space in which the battery modules are accommodated; side elements (120) which form both sides of the lithium battery and have a pair of main bodies each of which is coupled to the lower element and the upper element; and a front and back element (140) which forms a front side and a back side by being coupled forward and backward to the side element.
