PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall drainage structure in a building which can prevent water entering into a hollow part of a wall surface material from infiltrating into a building.SOLUTION: A balcony of a building is provided with a balcony spandrel wall surrounding a balcony space BS. The balcony spandrel wall comprises: an inner wall surface material 33 which is installed so as to face the balcony space BS and has a hollow part 33b extending vertically; and a base frame 40 which is installed below the inner wall surface material 33. The balcony spandrel wall includes: a water seal accessory 70 which inhibits water flowing down into a space 67 between the inner wall surface material 33 and the base frame 40 through the hollow part 33b from flowing into a spandrel wall frame 31 side from the space 67 in the thickness direction of the inner wall surface material 33; and a flashing member 60 which drains water flowing down along the surface 33a of the inner wall surface material 33. The flashing member 60 forms a drain passage 65 inside thereof, and water flowing down the hollow part 33b through the drain passage 65 is discharged from the space 67 to the balcony space BS. |
