PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture collecting device capable of facilitating drain maintenance operation, and to provide a fuel filter device having the moisture collecting device.SOLUTION: A fuel filter device 1 having a moisture collecting function includes flow back piping 30 which communicates a lower space 10b of a housing 10 with the interior of a fuel tank. When a low pressure pump is driven, a fuel pressure in the housing 10 comes to a positive pressure higher than the pressure in the fuel tank, a check valve 40 automatically is opened and, in accordance with a pressure difference between the interior of the housing 10 and the interior of the fuel tank, water collected from the interior of fuel flowing through a fuel passage in the housing 10 flows back into the fuel tank via the flow back piping 30. |
