PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scFv antibody fragment that can specifically and promptly bind to a troponin I derived from human cardiac muscle.SOLUTION: Mainly a dissociation rate constant is slowed down by a scFv antibody fragment with a characteristic sequence in a heavy chain variable region, and the affinity with an antigen is improved.
