PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type electronic apparatus which inhibit unintentional operations of a touch panel in opening/closing operations.SOLUTION: A portable type electronic apparatus comprises: a first housing 20 where a display surface 21 is provided on the front surface side; a second housing 30 where a touch panel 32 is provided on the front surface side; and a connecting part 50 connecting the first housing with the second housing so as to shift the state of the housings among an open state where the display surface of the first housing and the touch panel of the second housing are exposed on the same plane surface, an intermediate state shifted from the open state and where the first housing is rotated relative to the second housing to be inclined; and a closed state shifted from the intermediate state and where a rear surface of the first housing covers the touch panel of the second housing and the display surface of the first housing is exposed; and control means 13 receiving input operations from the touch panel. The connection part includes a detection part 40 that detects the intermediate state of the first housing and the second housing. The control means invalidates the input operations from the touch panel of the second housing when the detection part detects the intermediate state. |
