PURPOSE: Red pepper paste containing roasted bean powder and red pepper powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the palatability of the red pepper paste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste containing roasted bean powder and red pepper powder comprises the following steps: melting salt in water by heating, and adding grain syrup before additionally heating and cooling; adding 20-30 parts of red pepper powder by weight, and 10-20 parts of roasted bean powder by weight into the cooled mixture for 100 parts of red pepper paste by weight; and stirring the mixture for uniformly mixing. The roasted bean powder is obtained by roasting bean powder at 200-250 deg C for 20-30 minutes. |
