PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a tile containing loess is provided to manufacture a loess tile with strength, fire resistance and lightness as building materials by non-sintering or low temperature sintering without a plastic process at high temperatures. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a tile containing loess comprises following steps. A mixture is prepared by mixing 50-300 parts by weight of loess, 50-100.0 parts by weight of pumice powder, 80-200 parts by weight of sand, 30-70 parts by weight of ash and 0.1-5.0 parts by weight of a polymeric additive in 100.0 parts by weight of cement. An additive including 0.5-10.0 parts by weight of a water reducing admixture and 5-30 parts by weight of inorganic firming agents in 100.0 parts by weight of water is prepared. 100.0 parts by weight of the mixture is mixed with 10-30 parts by weight of the additive and kneaded. The dough of the previous step is molded and dried. A manufacturing method of the loess comprises following steps. 15-30 parts by weight of the loess and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of sodium carbonate are mixed in 100.0 parts by weight of water and put in a certain place for 4-6 hours. Top suspension is dried and pulverized. |
