PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing cost, facility size and spray distance and to suppress temperature drop in a rotating drum and an increase in exhaust airflow rate.SOLUTION: A spray gun 20 is disposed within a rotating drum 1 and a spray liquid such as a film forming agent liquid or the like is sprayed from the spray gun 20 toward a rolling floor S of powdery particles within the rotating drum 1. The spray gun 20 is adjusted in its orientation and height such that a spray distance h (a distance between an ejection port of the spray gun 20 and the rolling floor S of the powdery particles) reaches a desired value, an injection pressure of atomized air is at least 0.2 MPa, an airflow rate of the atomized air is 10-180 NI/min and a spray liquid speed is 100-200 g/min. |
