PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive paste, having a composition suitable for a Pb-free conductive paste, and used for forming an excellent solar cell electrode on an n-type silicon layer.SOLUTION: The conductive paste for forming a solar cell electrode contains a conductive powder, a glass frit, a zinc oxide powder, and an organic vehicle, wherein a glass frit composition contains 45 to 65 wt.% of BiO, 10 to 20 wt.% of SiO, and 10 to 40 wt.% of BaO, and content of a zinc oxide powder is 2 to 5 pts.wt. with respect to 100 pts.wt. of the conductive powder. |
