PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten image processing burdens other than compressed code processing.SOLUTION: An image processing device 1 comprises: image input means 15a for inputting a plurality of successively photographed frame images; image processing means 15c for performing predetermined image processing on frame images; encode processing means 15d for performing encode processing on frame images; correlation determination means 15b, 15h for determining whether there is correlation between preceding and following frame images for each block region used in encode processing; and control means 15h for controlling the image processing means 15c and the encode processing means 15d, respectively, so that when image processing and encode processing are performed on an image of the first frame and then image processing is performed on images of the second and subsequent frames, image processing aimed at the first region which was determined as having no correlation is performed and image processing aimed at the second region which was determined as having correlation is omitted. |
