PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray curable composition allowing formation of a cured product having high abrasion resistance and excellent removing properties of stains such as fingerprint, and an article having a fine concavo-convex structure on the surface.SOLUTION: An active energy ray curable resin composition comprises a polymerizable component (X) and a photopolymerization initiator (XE), the polymerizable component (X) containing: 20 to 70 mass% of a multifunctional monomer (XA) having three or more radical polymerizable functional groups in the molecule where the molecular weight of the functional group is less than 110 and having no ethyl group; 15 to 50 mass% of a multifunctional monomer (XB) having three or more radical polymerizable functional groups in the molecule where the molecular weight of the functional group is 110 or more and having no ethyl group; and 15 to 40 mass% of a bi-functional monomer (XC) having two radical polymerizable functional groups and four or more oxyethylene groups in the molecule and having no methyl group.
