PURPOSE: A hoist apparatus and a hoist system including the same are provided to automatically and stably transfer objects by preventing the object from being separated to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit (10) drives along a rail (11). An elevating unit (20) is installed to vertically move based on the driving unit. A gripper (30) selectively grips a protrusion (3) which is formed on one side of a receiving container (20) with an object (1). The gripper includes a grip finger (31), a grip arm (32) and a grip driving unit (33). A separation preventing unit (40) selectively closes the inlet of the receiving container.
