PURPOSE: A method for culturing Epinephelus bruneus is provided to promote the growth of Epinephelus bruneus using light of a fixed wavelength band. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing Epinephelinae comprises the following steps: radiating greenish light having a wavelength of 500-600 nm during culture; installing an LED light source to irradiate light to a water bath; radiating light to the surface of the water; and adjusting the period of illumination to a natural light condition; and supplying feed once a day.
