PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring cell metabolism information is provided to minimize heat loss and to remove offset and noise while measuring. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring cell metabolism information comprises: a membrane(110); one or more electrode pads(120); a mold(130); and one or more measuring elements. The electrode is formed on one side of the membrane. The mold is placed on the membrane and has one or more chambers(131). The measuring elements are formed in the chambers and on the membrane. The measuring elements and pads are electrically connected.
