PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anterior stabilized orthopedic knee joint prosthesis to be used together with a posterior cruciate ligament retaining whole knee joint plasty.SOLUTION: A posterior cruciate ligament retaining whole knee joint implant prosthesis includes a thigh bone constituting element and a tibia constituting element. The thigh bone constituting element includes a medial condyle and a lateral condyle separated from one another by an intercondylar channel constituted in a manner to accept the entering of a native cruciate ligament. Both the medial condyle and the lateral condyle are individually finalized on the rear side. The medial condyle includes a medial condyle bearing surface and the lateral condyle includes a lateral condyle bearing surface. The tibia constituting element includes an anterior post. The tibia constituting element also includes a medial condyle receiver having a medial condyle receiver bearing surface, the tibia constituting element also includes a lateral condyle receiver having a lateral condyle receiver bearing surface, the tibia constituting element further includes an anterior cam. |
