PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton for high place evacuation facility which can reduce the work involved in maintenance of durability.SOLUTION: In a skeleton in which a column 11 is built on a foundation 1 while floor plates 25 and 41 are extended between the columns so as to constitute a high place, the foundation is composed of reinforced-concrete, the columns are composed of precast reinforced-concrete and the floor plates are composed of precast concrete. A vertical reinforcement is projected from the foundation top surface and a reinforcement joint is buried in the column. In the reinforcement joint, the column vertical reinforcement is inserted from the upper end opening and the vertical reinforcement on the foundation is inserted from the lower end opening, and the column vertical reinforcement and the vertical reinforcement on the foundation are connected by packing grout. The column lower end surface is covered with the foundation and the vertical reinforcement projection part on the foundation top surface is covered with the column lower end surface. The column is provided with receiving parts 21 and 31, and a screw hole is installed on the receiving part top surface and a bolt hole is penetrated through the floor plate. The floor plate is placed on the receiving parts with a bolt inserted into the bolt hole, and the bolt is screwed in the screw hole and the bolt upper end is embedded in the bolt hole upper end, in which the grout is packed. The screw hole part on the receiving part top surface is covered with the floor plate and the bolt upper end is covered with the grout. |
