PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition that becomes a layer in which adhesion with a sealing film of a solar cell and durability are excellent; a laminate including a layer consisting of the composition; and a surface protection sheet for a solar cell including the laminate.SOLUTION: An ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin composition includes: 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; and 0.01-20 pts.wt. of an isocyanate compound.
