PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the producing efficiency in a factory by appropriately saving a delay time without newly providing variables such as a security flag.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle electronic control device 10 includes: an authentication part 31 for determining the propriety of security access from an external apparatus when data are rewritten in a storage part 20; a counter 22 which has been set to 0 in manufacturing, and which is incremented when it is determined that the security access is improper by the authentication part 31, and which is set to 0 when it is determined that the security access is proper by the authentication part 31; a security timer 23 for, when the device is started or the count 22 is incremented, starting measurement, and for measuring a delay time; and a security access permission part 32 for, when the count 22 is not 0, permitting the security access after the lapse of a predetermined time in the delay time of the security timer 23, and for, when the count 22 is 0, permitting the security access regardless of the value of the security timer 23. |
