PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superfinishing device requiring no manual adjustment work of an angle for inclining a grinding tool to a bearing raceway surface even if the angle is changed.SOLUTION: An oscillation device 30 and a drive device 40 are configured to be displaced in an X-axis direction and a Z-axis direction to enable the mutual and relative movement of an intermediate shaft spindle 42 and an oscillation spindle 37 in the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, thereby enabling the optional setting of an angle for inclining a grinding tool 3 to a bearing raceway surface 12. Accordingly, even if changing an inclined angle of the grinding tool 3 to the bearing raceway surface 12, an automatic change is enabled without preforming the manual adjustment work of the angle, and high speed can be achieved. |
