CEPHALOPODIC HEALTH STATE MEASUREMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cephalopodic health state evaluation method capable of quantitatively determining a health state of a cephalopod of a squid or an octopus, especially a Japanese common squid and relatively simply, quickly and inexpensively determining a heath state of a cephalopod.SOLUTION: The cephalopodic health state evaluation method includes a step for measuring a glucose concentration and a hemocyanin concentration in hemolymph of a cephalopod, and evaluates and determines that the health state of the cephalopod deteriorates when the glucose concentration is a value less than 18 mg/dL, and the hemocyanin concentration is a value less than 80 mg/mL.
