PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to perform cooperation between management servers when an MPLS-TP line is managed in the plurality of management servers in a conventional case.SOLUTION: A label switch transmission system includes: a terminal station which mutually connects a TDM line and a packet line; a relay station which transfers a packet by the packet line; a management server which determines a label number of the packet and informs the terminal station and the relay station under control of line setting information; and a host system which indicates a connection destination of the TDM line to the management server. When the TDM line is relayed through the terminal station and the relay station, which are individually managed by the plurality of management servers under the control of the host system, the management server combines an identifier of the TDM line and that of the terminal station connected to the TDM line, and determines the label number of the packet.
