The apparatus has a condensor (201) i.e. heat exchanger, with a coiled pipe (203) for refrigerant, and evaporation channels (205) for evaporating condensation water and made of plastic material. The evaporation channels are arranged between opposite portions (207, 209) of the coiled pipe. The evaporation channels are arranged in a bottom portion of the condenser and connected with each other through pipes. An inlet and an outlet are arranged at sides of the evaporation channels, respectively. Front and rear cooling fins are arranged at sides of the condensor. The condenser is coated with an anti-corrosion part that is made of zinc material.
