PURPOSE: A mobile terminal based ubiquitous health helmet and a safety system thereof are provided to monitor the situation of a user in real time by comprising a sensor part in a sports helmet and measuring the movement and biological rhythm of the user through the sensor part. CONSTITUTION: A user monitoring server (300) provides at least one service based on the exercise information of a user and an emergency situation handling service according to the reception of an emergency situation message. A sports helmet (100) senses a 3D movement and bio rhythm of the user through a sensor part. A mobile terminal (200) determines whether the situation is emergent based on the 3D movement and the bio rhythm for generating and providing an emergency situation message. The mobile terminal calculates the amount of exercise based on the bio rhythm for generating and providing the exercise information of the user.
