PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a glass sheet is provided to use and combine a spray method, immersion-type stream method, and immersion-type ultrasonic wave method according to the thickness of the glass sheet. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a glass sheet comprises a step of putting a jig mounted with a first thickness into a spray bath; a step of spraying etching liquid with a spray nozzle to a glass plate with a first thickness and form a glass sheet with a second thickness which is thinner than the first thickness; a step of etching the glass sheet, separating a reaction product, and forming a glass substrate with third thickness thinner than the second thickness; a step of installing an ultrasonic rod on the spray bath; a step of removing the reaction product by vibrating the ultrasonic rod with a third thickness and forming a glass sheet with fourth thickness thinner than the third thickness.
