PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. extract is provided to overcome anticancer agent resistance and to be used as a composition for suppressing multidrug resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multidrug resistance for an anticancer agent contains 0.001-50 wt% of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz. extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or a mixture solvent thereof. The multi-drug resistance is resistance by P-glycoprotein. A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer contains the extract as an active ingredient. A sitological composition for anticancer aid contains the extract as an active ingredient. |
