<p>A hybrid vehicle includes: a catalytic device (140) configured to be electrically heatable to purify exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine (10); a motor drive unit (75) for driving a motor (MG1 or MG2); a main power supply device (70) that supplies the motor drive unit (75) with power supply voltage; a power supply device (100) provided for a catalyst, and receiving electric power from the main power supply device (70) and supplying the catalytic device (140) with electric power to heat the catalytic device (140); and a control device (150) that controls the motor drive unit (75) and the power supply device (100) for the catalyst. The control device (150) has a first control mode and a second control mode more immune to variation of the power supply voltage than the first control mode as modes applied to control the motor drive unit (75). If electric power supplied to the catalytic device (140) from the power supply device (100) for the catalyst is to be changed, the control device (150) previously controls the motor drive unit (75) in the second control mode.</p> |
