PURPOSE: A frozen product crushing and thawing apparatus is provided to rapidly crush and thaw frozen products, and to successively provide liquid products to the succeeding product processes. CONSTITUTION: A crusher (12) is for inserting a frozen product in a solid form and crushing. A hot water supplier circulates relatively high-temperature water. The crusher includes a crushing blade (20) for crushing the product, and a case (30). The case surrounds the crushing blade, and includes a case main body (30a) with an auxiliary unit (30b). The case main body additionally includes a hot water jacket (40) for running hot water from the hot water supplier. A hot water flowing space (42) partially surrounds the outside of the case. A hot water inlet (41) sends the hot water into the hot water flowing space. A hot water outlet discharges the hot water from the hot water flowing space. A product outlet (36) discharges the product. |
