PURPOSE: A bearing assembly and a spindle motor including the same improve the durability by minimizing power consumption for driving. CONSTITUTION: A bearing assembly (100) includes a shaft (110), a sleeve (120), and a hydrodynamic part (122). The shaft successively arranges multiple magnets and includes a first magnet part (130). The sleeve arranges a second magnet part (140) to support the shaft and to make the pole of the second magnet part face the same pole of the first magnet part. One among the first magnet part and the second magnet part is fixed by a holder. The magnets are arranged to make the same poles be adjacent to each other. The hydrodynamic part is formed on one among the shaft and the sleeve and generates dynamic pressure by oil (O).
