DISCHARGING SYSTEM OF HIGH-VOLTAGE FOR REMOVING SCUM

PURPOSE: A high-voltage discharging system for removing scum effectively removes scum generated on the surface of the cooling water stored in a reaction bath or waste water to induce continuous high-voltage discharging and uses one high-voltage discharging generator to process both odor and waste water. CONSTITUTION: A high-voltage discharging system (100) has a reaction bath (102), a high-voltage discharging generator (108), a scum discharge pipe (110) and a scum removing cask (112). The high-voltage discharging generator has a discharge tube configured to dip at least part of the generator in cooling water or waste water. The scum removing cask accommodates the fixed-sized space for removing scum by colliding with each other, and a scum removing board (112a) in one side of the scum removing cask removes the scum by colliding with the scum.
