<p>The unit has a reel (3) and a reversing cord holder accommodated in a building-side fastenable housing (1). The housing includes openings for a winding shaft, a bottom-side outlet opening for a lifting tape (2), and outlet openings (7) for reversing cord strands in sides located in a rotation axis direction. The housing includes a reclosable revision opening, which is non-destructively exposed from bottom and partially covered by outlet walls (5, 6). A winding section of the reel is accessible from bottom through the revision opening for exchanging the lifting tape. An independent claim is also included for a building opening shadowing device.</p> |
