摘要 Preparing silicon and oxygen-containing silicates comprises mixing silicon dioxide and/or its precursors with an aqueous solution containing at least an ammonium ion compound (I), tetra-alkyl ammonium compound and at least a base type; and heating the obtained colloidal solution, at a temperature greater than the boiling temperature of the colloidal solution under the selected pressure, at up to 180[deg]C at a normal pressure to obtain a suspension containing the silicate, where the silicon and oxygen-containing silicate is added as a crystallization-supporting agent in the first step. Preparation of silicon and oxygen-containing silicates comprises mixing silicon dioxide and/or its precursors with an aqueous solution containing at least an ammonium ion compound (I) of formula (R 1R 2R 3R 4N +>), tetra-alkyl ammonium compound and at least a base type; and heating the obtained colloidal solution, at a temperature greater than the boiling temperature of the colloidal solution under the selected pressure, at up to 180[deg]C at a normal pressure to obtain a suspension containing the silicate, where the silicon and oxygen-containing silicate is added as a crystallization-supporting agent in the first step. Independent claims are included for: (1) a layered silicate, obtained from the process, containing a reflection with an intensity of 100, 11-21, 13-23, 5-15, 7-17, 19-29% and a corresponding bending angle of 8-8.4, 11-11.4, 13.2-13.6, 18-18.4, 18.4-18.8 and 19.9-20, where the intensity of the highest peak in the X-ray diffractogram is 100%; (2) a silicate scaffold, obtained from the process, containing a reflection with an intensity of 100, 24-34, 9-19, 12-22 and 19-29 and a corresponding bending angle of 9-8-10.2, 11-11.4, 15.5-15.9, 19.4-19.6 and 19.6-19.8, where the intensity of the highest peak in the X-ray diffractogram is 100%; (3) a molded body comprising the silicate scaffold; and (4) a procedure for preparing the molded body comprising preparing the silicate and kneading a mixture containing the silicate scaffold and at least a binding agent, shaping of the kneaded mixture to form the molded body, and drying and calcinating the molded body.
