<p>A sectional boat system, in which a rigid boat hull is formed from a plurality of individual water-tight sections, which can be disassembled for ease of storage and transport. Adjacent hull sections are joined by means of a male/female connector 4 and 5 which is stitched together with just two ropes that pull and hold the two adjacent sections of said hull together. When the hull is assembled in the correct manner it has strength similar to a single-piece boat of similar proportions. The hull can be combined with other components (16, Fig 3) including additional hull sections to constitute boats of different styles, by fixing said components to reinforced sections of the deck (11, Fig 3) intended for this purpose by means of bolts or other fixings.</p> |
